We immediately felt home :-) We enjoyed our breakfasts on the deck and watched sunsets. We took advantage of the kayaks to explore the surroundings and watched in awe manatees swimming in the canal. The neighborhood was quiet and those along the water were very friendly. The owner provided plenty of necessities so we just had to run to the store for food. Snorkeled 3days, hiked, wildlife watched, paddled. Easy drive down from Miami International. Great food and grocery nearby. We appreciated the Laundry and the 'pay it forward' laundry/dishwasher soap that was available and we could leave behind if we got extra. Appreciated the 'beach' towel supply that we could launder if needed to use again. Very spacious for our family of 5\. Wish we had more time to just hang out at the house. Only issues were that it took 4 days for some issues to be addressed. 2 of the 3 issues were not addressed. Property claimed to have chairs for the beach…no chairs.
