Terrible

As soon as we got in the room got bit by a bug. There's no safe in the room, the breakfast sucked your staff doesn't even speak English all you hear is traffic noise. Before you jump in the pool and make sure there's no iguana feces. There was feces all over the pool deck and in the pool.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Rooms are fin and so is the free breakfast.
Location: The hotel was fine but getting to the Key West historic district was difficult. Buses are 2-3 hours apart and hard to find stops. Parking is hard.

Nice and clean hotel

Overall this is nice and clean hotel, but sometimes it's not enough parking for everyone. Therefore I rate 4**** only

The hotel was beautiful, and gorgeous pool and outside area. The staff was even so nice, the breakfast in the morning could do a little help but awesome 4 night stay otherwise.

Great place to stay!

We stayed at this hotel for a week and really loved it. The only reason we did not give it a five star rating was because The room size was a little tight for four (two adults and two teenagers) and the beds would have been better if they were queen not full size. The pool area was awesome! Very relaxing, beautifully decorated, and clean. The breakfast bar was top rate. It is conveniently located very close to the harbor where most of the tours launch from, but not so close that its overly crowed. I would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel

Great place, very clean, breakfast was very good with ran lot of choices. The staff is the best! Friendly, helpful and very nice!! The pool area is very good!
