Chic, Clean, Comfortable!

We spent one night at the Ibis and we were impressed. The lady checking us in was really friendly; had us checked in early and gave lots of recommendations for things to do. My suggestion would be the use the free ride available from the hotel into downtown. There was lots of traffic and I couldn't imagine trying to find parking. In night after dinner we decided to take a cab back to the hotel instead of waiting for the bus and that was $15 USD. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were really comfortable as well. There is a hammock on the deck which you can just lay and hear the birds sing in the morning or read a book while sipping a drink. Overall I would reccomend the Ibis!

It was a great stay the staff was nice and helpful the room is clean, beds are comfy, the hammocks are nice

Quality hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Ibis but we did leave a pair of blue tooth head phones in our room. When we called to ask about them, we were on hold for 10 minutes before being told they weren’t there when we specifically knew where we had left them. That was very disappointing.

This hotel’s cozy and clean, close to the water, and has hammocks everywhere at the hotel and restaurant area. The breakfast’s not the best but close enough. Hotel has shuttle buses goes to the downtown every hour, very convenient if you don’t feel like to drive around.

Great resort but plumbing needs updates

We did NOT have a hit or even warm shower during our 5 night stay & our toilet didn’t flush. Toilet was fixed right away but the hot water never was resolved.

Tired rooms, and not beachfront.

Unbeknownst to me, and not the fault of the hotel, but this was not near where the wedding we attended, nor our family was staying. Thank goodness for the shuttle. My description of a resort is quite different than that of Ibis. This is a motel, with parking spots at your room door and what they refer to as a courtyard is a six by six patio where parking spots bump up to the patio. We never used it. Good news is the breakfast although only cold items, was plentiful and good. The Stoned Crab (onsite restaurant) which we ate at once, was fantastic. We got home after being out all evening, and ordered dessert which was quite good too. The Key Lime pie was divine. The shower was so small that you could barely turn around. Upside, towels were clean and very large. We rented bikes for 24 hours, and although they were beach bikes w no gears, they were sufficient to ride to the closest beach. So, not the worst though not the best.

Thanks for the feedback, luckily Key West is only a 4 mile by 2 mile island so i'm sure the wedding wasn't too far away! Glad you enjoyed the breakfast and our wonderful Stoned Crab restaurant. Luckily we have some larger room available so maybe next time you will let us show you one!

Excellent Place to stay

2nd time here! Love this place. Love the amenities - pool, restaurant, bar, beach and shuttle bus into town every hour. Best of both worlds, quiet and relaxing and then head into town for sight seeing and shopping. Cleanliness is amazing with so many employees keeping up with grounds, etc. I highly recommend this place.

No air conditioning, No king beds. Room was hot. had to get from resturant.

All of our rooms have air conditioning units some are wall units and some have a thermostat. We do offer King beds in our suites all other rooms we offer have either one queen bed or 2 double beds. Sorry we were not what you expected.

This hotel was very clean and quaint the ocean view was beautiful. The staff very friendly and breakfast was sufficient
