All the amenities you could every want.

Posted Nov 18, 2017
Pros: Shuttle service. Great caring, personable, and professional staff that goes out of their way to take care of you.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Beach is right across from the hotel. Shuttle service gets you to downtown in a matter of a few minutes many times a day til midnight!
The Sheraton meets all the requirements of a great hotel. Shuttle service, great workforce, roomy and beautiful rooms. Great pool. So much in one place. All staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is a great one. Many thanks to all those who made our stay a very comfortable and memorable one.

Perfect location on the Atlantic side of Key West

Posted Nov 15, 2017
From a retired couple traveling without children viewpoint: Spacious room on 3rd floor overlooking lagoon with partial ocean view (Rm # 342) - no balcony. Large window in sitting area + bedroom providing open feeling. Comfy king bed, quality towels + linens, coffee maker, frig. Better views from side of bldg we were on (SW?). Best views from Ocean Front rooms with balcony - higher up best. Did not use swimming pool, but looked ok with bar + restaurant. Pool area surrounded by bldgs - not on ocean side. Excellent breakfast, lunch + light meals. Did not have dinner at resort. Excellent service from all staff - friendly, courteous, helpful. Concierge always available providing outstanding service. rented bicycles one day ($15) and rode along wide sidewalks adjacent to the ocean. We did not need rental car as airport + town shuttle always available with helpful, courteous drivers. This resort is in a scenic and quiet location away from the noisy and hectic town area, but only a short shuttle ride to great restaurants and all Key West sites and happenings.

Wedding Stay

Posted Nov 6, 2017
The location of the hotel was ideal and accommodated a friends wedding. Although the hotel accommodations were great, our stay for one night was extremely high. Very over priced and I felt that I could have found something else just as great for literally half the price. I live in Florida and paid less when traveling to Maui, Hawaii. Yes I said HAWAII!

Bad

Very bad, no where as expected. Not clean, not to be a double tree hotel. 42 dollars valet parking is too much.no self parking is available

No water

We didn't have water for hours. They did nothing to help assist us. It was a terrible experience especially after driving 14 hours

Good as a motel but not really a hotel

Posted Sep 5, 2017
I guess if you are Sheraton, you can buy a motel, add some nominal facilities, and call yourself a hotel. Its reasonably good, the rooms are very large and comfortable, it has limited dining options, great location, and good staff. But it does not have the feel, atmosphere or generosity of services that one would expect to find in a name brand hotel.

All ok, just a little rough. But right by the beach was great!
