Nice studio but lacking some pluses
Very nice and clean place. Nice layout and great location. Directions to actual unit from main office were inadequate and we had to resort to GPS which told us to make illegal turn into the wrong way of the property's Do Not Enter driveway. It was nighttime and even directions to main office were hard to navigate. Not enough hot water. Mediocre water pressure. Shower door kept rolling open on its wheels because the track/ground is not level. Also, not enough coffee packs. When we asked for more they said they'd bring them, then said they only had one, which we could pick up from the office (1.5 miles away) bec housekeeping gone.

This property was fantastic! It is beautifully decorated and clean. The location is amazing. I loved walking around the lake and feeding the ducks and fish. I can't wait to come back again in two weeks.

Cozy Condo
Great location. Beautiful view of the ice skating on the pond and the mountains. The room was very clean and cozy. We rarely saw another person when entering or exiting the building. There was also a little shop down by the ice rink for items you may have forgotten, snacks, and/or souvenirs.

Mountain retreat
Beautifull modern farm house mountain decor. The views from every window and outside balcony are stunning...snow covered mountain peaks, pine trees galore, mountain sunset views. And the lake...we enjoyed watching all the ice skaters play on the ice. The condo had everything you would need to cook, relax and enjoy. We are looking forward to staying here again in the summer.

Good location for Keystone Resort!
The condo was nice and an excellent location from Keystone Resort. The bed/furniture were comfortable to sleep/sit on. The shower was hot. The condo was stylishly decorated in cabin chic. The fireplace was a dream - especially during a 6-hour blackout by the power company in response to the Boulder fires. Ski storage on the ground level was convenient. Kitchen supplies were sufficient to cook our meals (but know that you'll have to purchase most of the basics). Because the condo is sandwiched between other condos on top, bottom, & both sides, it gets very toasty - we opened the windows often. You'll be treated to music all day/evening from the frozen lake skating rink the condo looks over if you too open the windows! It would have been nicer and more convenient if the basic toiletries provided were plentiful enough for all three sinks. Unfortunately, I would not stay in this condo again. Because of the rise in Covid-19 cases in Summit County while we were there, we ultimately cancelled all plans that weren't skiing at Keystone Resort or skating on the lake. So we spent more time in the condo than we originally planned. There is no insulation under the floor of the condo upstairs. You can hear every single footfall of the people upstairs. Noise from the upstairs condo drowns out conversation, the television, music, everything...Because the floor in THIS condo is new, it has the sound deadening layer of insulation underneath, making it feel sturdy, secure, and soundproof. The upstairs condo does not and it was so disruptive that it very negatively impacted our trip. Because the property management company only manages this individual condo, attempts to get their help to address the noise were futile. They sent us to Keystone Resort (or Lodge?) who were only allowed to intervene if the noise occurred outside "quiet hours". You'll be woken up at 7am and listen the the upstairs neighbors clomping around like a herd of elephants until 10pm if you're not away from the condo during those hours. Our attempts to address the noise directly with the upstairs neighbors were met by their purposeful efforts to stomp, beat, and pound on the ground for the entirety of our trip. Really good people - the best! If that sounds peaceful & relaxing to you - then I recommend this condo. If it does not, book elsewhere. We will in the future.
