The hotel is not good in cleaning and there was a work at hotel I can’t sleep also the housekeeping not working very well take the towels and gave just one

Hotel is old outdated unclean. Carpets are nasty the bed box spring is uncovered and material torn. Bathroom was dirty and hair in and on the sink. Overall I would not recommend and will not stay there again.
Needs a total renovation, and a full staff training.
Staff are nice "mostly" and try to help up to their capabilities, but they need LOT of training which could help them improve their capabilities, which will affect positively in the customers experience.

I will never consider this hotel in the future, maybe Mercure hotels are the same.
A hotel that is not considering what is happening in the world does not worth being in business. I mentioned this to the Mercure Hotel headoffice in Paris by an e-mail. I received a response that they will try and educate their people of the advanced reservations and payement be Expedia and other agencies.
