Nice hotel

The room is spacious and clean. The location is good. Staffs are friendly and helpful and especially the lady name Cake in the Front Desk. Highly recommend to any of my friends and family.

Great value for money

Close to good restaurants. 2 swimming pools and a social area. A spa onsite. Spacious rooms with balcony but getting very tired and investment needed. Overall good value for money and quiet location.

Excellent apartment in a very good location

Marriott facility is very good in a very good location.The staff, particularly Cake, made our stay very pleasant indeed.

Loved this hotel!

This hotel was brilliant - had great room facilities such as a washing machine/dryer - spacious bathroom with separate bath and shower - full size fridge ,cooktop and oven too. Loved the staff here especially EXCEPTIONAL service from concierge PUI ! Arranged things for us to see and do so attentive such an asset to this hotel. Daily shuttle to emporium nice and convenient. Level 1 bar great to chill at when you just want a night in. I have nothing negative to say - can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice hotel fairly close to Sukhumvit

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff service was excellent. The hotel itself was clean, modern and safe. While it was somewhat more expensive that other hotels in the area, you get what you pay for and in this case, you get quite a bit. I have only two negative things to say. First of all, I am disappointed that I did not get Marriott rewards points for the week I stayed there. I paid the price so I should have received the points. Unfortunately, as they explained it, if I book through hotels.com, I don't get points. Bad. The other thing that put me off was that I needed a pickup from a Dentist office, it was dark and raining, and the concierge wanted me to pay over 4000 baht to have the hotel car drive the five miles to pick me up. I felt that was exploiting me given the circumstances. I walked that five miles in the rain and I will not forgive the hotel for making me do it. Sad that they would try to take advantage of a patron like that. Otherwise, a good stay at a nicely appointed hotel.

Expected more....got less.

Had to wait til 3:30pm, 1.5 hrs past check in time (2pm) to get my room. Stayed a week, requested a high floor, but was given a floor, over 20 floors below the top floor! And the hotel was not full, because when I went down for breakfast every day it was not busy. So that told me, if you are not a Marriot regular, dont expect any special favors. The person checking me in, even had the nerve to tell me they were doing me a favor by giving me this floor! Rooms are not sound proof as stated in the description. I can hear the kids screaming at night down the hall, and when the guy next door slams his door shut, my room shakes.

Nice and Elegant Hotel

The hotel was wonderful. We booked the 1 bedroom apartment and was very happy with our accommodations. The apartment had a full kitchen with a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, dishwasher as well as dishes and cookware. We also had a washer and dryer. There was a dining area and living room with a 50+ inch tv. In the bedroom, there was another 50+ inch tv along with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was modern with separate tub and shower. The accessories were nice also. The 3rd floor had an infinity pool, bar, great lounging areas, kids room for smaller kids, fitness center and spa. We ate breakfast each morning in the hotel Bistro. The food was very good, eith local and American fare, salads, fresh fruits and juices and pastries. You can eat at the Bistro for dinner, order room service or try the local restaurants through Uber Eats. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. The free hotel shuttle takes you to the Emporium Mall, which is nice, but the high end stores were over priced. The Mall continues across the bridge past the local rail system. Over there, you will find more high end stores, over 50 restaurants on floors 6-9 and an indoor atrium called The Creek, which is very scenic and relaxing...highly recommended. There was an outdoor market with sales on clothing and other goods that was nicely priced. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. It is not far from some of the local attractions.

Marriott Executive Suites

We love the bed and pillows

What a super great stay!! Staffs allowed us to stay in the same floor where our friends stays. We super love the bed and the pillows! Very comfortable. We definitely want to come back here! Breakfast is delicious too!
