Too old and rundown, carpets shot, stained and not fitting correctly anywhere in bldg. seating in lobby and lounge all stained from previous use. Prices very high in all restaurants. Hotel has a great location is only location with great staff. It is rated as 4.5. I would rate lower at 3

This hotel was a lot better when it was a Sofitel. Its has declined in service and lost that personal touch it was known for. Quite disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel

Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Staff
Cons: Not applicable
Location: Central plaza large shopping mall short tuk tuk ride only 60 baht. Easy to walk to but very hot. Laundry and massage and bars at door step.
On arrival was upgraded to a junior suite with a roll away bed for no extra charge which was amazing. The room was very big and very very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and happy to help.

รีโมททีวีกดไม่ค่อยติด ผ้าขนหนู ผ้าเช็ดผม ขาดเป็นรู้มีกลิ่นอับ ห้องกว้างมีที่อยู่ ไม่แคบ โดยรวมแล้วถือว่าไม่คุ้มกับราคา

Nice hotel in great location

Pros: Location and friendly staff
Cons: Upgrade toilet seats. Offer long term parking card to customers so they don’t have to get a stamp at the reception every time they want to go out.
The hotel staff are friendly and it’s location is very convenient. It’s close to everything (airport, the biggest shopping centre (Central Pkaza), local markets, etc). We got upgraded room upon arrival and because we checked in late, the hotel accommodated us with late check out. The only thing we disappointed was our guests toilet did not flush when we arrived. Which was a bit embarrassing for our guests. All facilities should have been checked and make sure they are in good order prior to our arrival. Overall, it is a good experience and we will definitely go back.

Spacious Room Great Restaurants

Pros: Spacious room and restaurants
Cons: My king size bed sank in the middle. I think something might have been broken underneath it.
Location: Excellent location. Food and malls within walking distance.
My room was haven of rest and relaxation. Big and spacious. The restaurants offered in this hotel serve amazing food and was worth the cost. I ordered room service a couple of times as well and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice business hotel

The Pullman is a slightly old-fashioned-feeling business hotel. My only real problem was the crazy prices of the on-site facilities (restaurants, bars, spa): I would expect to pay less for better in Canada, so their prices felt entirely out of line.

Overall good stay for 6 days.

Overall the stay was very nice - it's has a bit of an old and musky feel to it, and the floor was crooked under the blanket. Service was good and professional. Housekeeping was consistent and very good at timing the cleaning to when you're not there. Would not recommend using the room service, as it took a long time to arrive, and was semi-circle upon this arrival.
