"Our stay The Sands was wonderful. We had high expectations for our long awaited trip to Khao Lak and having already had a week of hectic sightseeing in busy Phuket, we were delighted to arrive to Khao Lak to a relaxing resort but with enough to keep the children entertained. We loved the local area which provided so many options for shopping and eating out. We had a swim up family room which had excellent facilities and was beautifully furnished. I have literally zero complaints! "

"아기자기하고 가족 여행하기 딱 좋았어요! 바다가 생각보다 조금 떨어져 있어서 바다 보고 싶은게 목적이면 바다 앞이 있는 숙소로 잡는거 추천해요. 장소며 분위기며 다 너무 좋은데 딱 하나 별로였던건 방 청소를 해줄때 조금 대충 닦는 느낌이 드네요. 그래도 스태프 분들이며 다들 너무 친철하고 잘해주셔서 좋았습니다! 아침도 매일 메뉴가 바꿔서 심심치 않게 먹었습니다. 과일도 많고요. "

"Walking distance to beach but no access to beach chairs with no shade at beach. Resort nice pool and massage on site. There was issues with room requested one queen bed did not get got two twins instead did not say anything. My complaint about property was the manager the room was extremely hot and manager would not allow another key to improve this and stated she is saving the environment which I corrected this is not saving environment saving money only. I was not happy it was too warm in our room and being on upper floor made it worse and manger did not care. Also bothersome that manager hiding behind this lie of saving the environment talking to me like I’m a fool. Everything is money driven and just hope Thai employees get paid well there. "
