Just what you need

We got there half an hour before check in time but they gave us our room which was good, however the room wasn't ready as the cleaner hadn't been in. The cleaner was on hand however to clean and change bedding very speedy so wasn't an issue. Rooms are big enough, tea coffee and biscuits, a decent amount of milk for once. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything you need, plenty of clothes storage. Nice location out of town but still not to far from everything. I'd stay again if ever yo that way.

Pros: Location
The room was quite comfortable although we found it a little noisy.

Overall good. Very strong air freshener when I had to take out and no plug sockets next to the bed however pleasant

Mangement need to be trained!

Hotel had only reserved 1 of our 2 rooms and seemed unconcerned at first, Eventually they persuaded another guest to move to another hotel to give us a second room! The TV remote did notwork, the blind did not close, there was no bath mat and the bed was very uncomfortable. Breakfast was shown as from 8:00, but when we entered the dining room at 8:01 nothing was ready. Only sliced bread and a faulty toaster was provided for those not wanting a full English. 2 coisants were provided when I asked. The evening meal was OK but pricey.
