Double check everything.

Pros: Convenient location, neat and clean.
Cons: Reception listening and responding.
Sent info for pick up at train station and did not receive a reply except after boarding the train when could not receive email. Called to confirm before train arrived and was told have no drivers. Did not offer to make other arrangements. When I finally got email, they had given a phone number to call a taxi - as foreign traveler, I would expect them to make that arrangement since they offered the service. Next day to the airport receptionist told the taxi 4:40 when i specified 4:30. Then that morning when the taxi called to conform at 4:00 they argued that I was wrong,,,Double check everything!!

Nice room, but may not where you think it is

Very clean nice room, good bed, accommodations, not where i thought it was. They rent rooms all over city, but was no inconvenience. The only issue was the shower should have been cleaner, and more heat. Other than this it was great and i will be staying with them again in few months.

Nice hotel in the center

Nice hotel in the center the only issue its that they dont have a clear address to pick the key.

Great location for Kiev. If one has never traveled to Ukraine, Kiev, you should know that hotels/apartments are very different there. Be prepared to make the best of it regardless!

A good thing just got better and cheaper

Pros: Location. Good sound insulation. No traffic noise. I could buy food from the supermarket two blocks away and have a warm mea (microwave). Saves money.
Cons: The building is also used by permanent residents. Halls and corridors have too little lighting.
Location: Two entrances. The lower goes directly to the main street Xryshyatyk. The upper access a smaller, parallell street that is easier to access by taxi.
I used the services of Partner Guest House first time 6 weeks ago. And I gave it high marks. This time the studio apartment was even better. And the building was even better. And it could not be more centrally located in Kiev! A piece of advice to others: Best to hail a taxi from the airport via the PGH reception. He picks you up, takes you to the reception, waiths while you check in and shows you the studio apartment. All for a reasonalbe addition to the proce. I think that this is a much better alternative. Renting apartments can have uncertainties. But with Partner Guest House, I am fully comfortable.

Nice Place But

Pros: Nice inside once you locate it. Problem is the difficulty in finding it.
Cons: The staff were not helpful. They should also review their policies.
Location: The location is excellent. Location is close to everything you want including blue line of Metro.
There are a couple of problems. I understate them here. The hotel rooms are located about 10 minutes walking if you have no luggage away from the office. It took about 45 minutes after I arrived in the area to find the room. The staff give you a map and tell you to go find it. The situation was helped because it is a much warmer winter they are having here than normal. It was about zero degrees Celsius when I was hunting for the room. Normal temps are about 15 degrees Celsius. I even enlisted the aid of a shop worker in the area to find the room. He could not find the address I was given. Finally the hotel staff sent over a man to help us find the room. It was about an hour outside doing this. In summer it would be okay to do this not in winter. The room was nice once we went inside. There are many signs inside that warn you not to leave your computer or valuables in the room if you are gone. The room is within 2 or 3 minutes walking of Maidan so it is very convenient. The checkout was almost as bad. They wanted the room for a man who had reserved it 2 months in advance. I wanted to stay an extra few days but they said no. So the lesson in this is that you should reserve many months in advance and be prepared to wander around looking for the room. I speak and read Russian medium well.

Great location, could be cleaner!

These rooms are in a perfect location; great to explore the city from. The room was really comfortable and despite being in such a central location was very quiet, too. I notice a few other reviewers have commented that the apartment block these rooms are in is a bit shabby. This is pretty common in Eastern/ Central Europe and this didn't put me off as the room seemed very secure. I was a but disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and particularly the bathroom as the shower didn't seem like it had been cleaned properly and was surprised that the bed wasn't made up during my stay but overall was pleased with this choice.

First and last time for me !!!!

- the address showing on the "Apartment" is just the deck to pick up the "Apartment"'s key ONLY !!! Your room will be somewhere coz so many as it call "Apartment" . - The room I've got was on the 5th floor and NO CURTAIN !!! Which mean people can see from outside even I'm on 5th floor !!! - Staff will not direct you to the property unless you ask than only thing they will do to help is just call taxi for you and it will cost you . - I can't use Google map coz I was arrived late and no time to get internet SIM card and was so tired from my delayed flight. - As it call "Apartment" not Hotel please decide carefully for non Ukrainian or Russian speaker !!!

Stay away unless you don't care

Pros: everything about it
Cons: everything. for similar rate i stayed in 3 start hotel that was amazing like 4 start almost. and it is a hotel by all meanings.
Location: To what exactly , they are everywhere , you have to take your chances what building they will throw you in.
It is just a room renovated to be modern in very old buildings ( like time share they pay them or rent them to rent them very people ), It looks way smaller than pictures , no security , room are filled with cigarettes smile staff are not cooperative , i had to wait on early arrival from 10 am and they know about it because they pick me up in the airport and the who pick me up was angry on the delay of they arrival like i own the airway with no English what so ever over all the trip from no one aside for the receptions, till my chick in time at 2 pm with out them giving me any notice that they can not provide early check in even with extra pay then at 2 my room was not ready even and at 2:40 pm room was ready but it was terrible as i explained above , the building entrance was behind a steel door like bank safe or person with 3 unit with different rental who you don't know sharing a bathroom and iron , washing machine in a middle of very old building with hard access in back ally with security code like jail and the elevator looks like the horror movies , Don't even think about staying their unless you don't care about all what i said and you just want a room that looks nice as in the picture but very small in size. they never care that i did not sleep , eat or even go to the bathroom through my over all 18 hours flight and stops travel to them and that i even book then for 2 times stay for 3 nights each separate them 3 night trip i was planing to tack to Odessa.
