“The place was conveniently located. Unfortunately I had to be at the airport at 6 am and the shuttle didn't start until 6:30 am which meant that I had to order a taxi, which was there at the requested time.”

“Das Zimmer war sauber. Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen. Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.”

“Gunstig gelegen aan de snelweg vlak voor de Zwitserse grens. Geluiddichte kamer met airco. Was heerlijk koel toen we aankwamen. Gegeten buiten op gezellig terras. Bediening super vriendelijk, goed eten. Goed ontbijt. Parkeren voor de deur of achter het huis. Waren op doorreis naar Italië. Terugreis maar weer boeken.”

“We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. They did try to help, but we’re not the youngest of people, so we ended up finding another hotel in Mulhouse,……
