If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would do it. My wife and I were planning to come here for our babymoon. The nightmare comes in the day before our flight to Hawaii. My wife and I found out that we lost the baby and sadly couldn't go to our babymoon because my wife needed the operation done right away. Our doctor gave us a doctors note to give.
Day one, called Travelocity so they can get the hotel manager to cancel our reservation. The manager says to send the doctors note and said they'll review it and give us a response in 24-48 hours. Two days later without any response, called Travelocity to call them again, same exact response. We received the same response 2 more times. Finally the day before our supposed check-out date we received an email saying due to their policy they cannot give any refund.
I called in a last-ditch effort. The person I spoke to was kind, patient and understanding. The sad part is from my view, she did not have any knowledge of what happened to my wife. They spent a week not giving us a response nor even trying to contact our doctor. Just ignored us until they could say the policy won't allow it which is once hey've charged your account, you have 24 hours to cancel it. If not, tough luck.
So if your young, able, don't mind the AC problem and not knowing if the room would be good (from other reviews) this place is ok. But if your human, get sick, have kids, grandparents or worst expecting please, by all means, avoid this place.
