The room was decent size (we booked one of the premium rooms with access to the lounge), but the bathroom was tiny.
The staff was unhelpful - I asked reception to help make a dinner reservation and he rejected me before I could finish the sentence. I explained how it was phone booking only and of course most of them don't speak english. He very reluctantly called and I was asking about either that same night or the next day and he didn't bother asking about the second night, before hanging up and telling me they were fully booked.
Because there were no water fountains / machines, I went to the lounge to fill up some water bottles from the water machine there. The staff there came up to me and said that's not allowed and pointed at the sign that says guests cannot bring external food and drinks into the lounge.I responded by saying that's not the same - i brought empty water bottles that were from the hotel, and simply refilled it with water due to the lack of drinking water available elsewhere in the hotel and ignored him as he was simply w=quite rude.
The hotel itself is also pretty run down and the lounge was super basic.
