This penthouse is on the top floor South corner offering endless ocean views from the sectional sofa through two large 5' x 8' picture windows. The private balcony has been recently updated with an epoxy deck and offers a pub table and polywood chairs giving you the best view in the building! The kitchen is well stocked and offers a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has a raised platform, allowing you to see nothing but the ocean as you sit on the huge champagne-colored leather couch with chaises. A 60” TV provides great entertainment and there are two queen bedrooms - one with a TV, and both have walk-in tile showers. The bathrooms are modern and distinctive in style. Beds made, washer/dryer, wifi included. \*\*\*The elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and not guaranteed. It was the perfect size for my husband and self. The highlight was the balcony that has great views of the beach....we saw dolphins nearly every morning ! We found the place very comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The champagne was an awesome surprise! Highly recommend. Unfortunately the fitness center and pool were closed and had not opened for the season.
