The hotel was infested with crickets. My first room had three jumping around so I requested to be moved. They move down me to the 4th floor and there were still crickets in the room, this time on the bed. They were very nice and accomidating, I requested a refund and changed hotels (where there were no crickets in my bed!) I appreciate the refunds and customer service.
