Surprises

The hotel staff charged me after I had already paid Expedia PLUS required a deposit equal to my room cost that was not refunded to my account for 3 business days. It took a week to get this corrected. So, $300 of my money was on hold until the hotel got it corrected!

Only stayed one night. Overall the hotel was fine. But do not stay here for the breakfast! That was the one thing that was absolutely terrible. The toaster didn't even toast both sides of the bread.

The hotel was infested with crickets. My first room had three jumping around so I requested to be moved. They move down me to the 4th floor and there were still crickets in the room, this time on the bed. They were very nice and accomidating, I requested a refund and changed hotels (where there were no crickets in my bed!) I appreciate the refunds and customer service.
