Family Reunion StayPosted Jul 4, 2015 on Hotels
The hotel was great overall. The breakfast was good. The air conditioner was very loud though. Woke me up over in the night and I thought that a diesel in the parking lot. The pull out bed was broken.

If you expect service, avoid this hotelPosted Jun 10, 2015 on Hotels
The service was awful. Everyday the room had to be rekeyed. They didn't make up one of the two beds in the room. Called down to the desk and they said they would get it done ASAP. After an hour, no one showed up. Worst hotel stay in 30 years of traveling. Will NEVER stay there again

Decent for the price.Posted Feb 20, 2015 on Hotels
Good overall stay, but the carpet in the room was bunching up in places and the hallways did not look clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room itself was clean. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants; which was nice. The free breakfast was good and there was a nice variety of items. I would stay here again.

Not all bad, but not much good.Posted Feb 17, 2015 on Hotels
I had issues with checking in as they did not know how the process of checking in works with people who booked from hotels.com. she said she needed the Amex card that was used to book the room. I don't have an Amex. That was from hotels.com. then they needed another credit card for possible damages which is fine, but when I checked out they tried to charge my card for one of the nights I stayed. It was a big mess. They first two ladies I dealt with had no clue how to work their own computers and one of them was quite rude about it. The last lady I dealt with knew what she was doing and assured me that she got the billing all taken care of. two days later I still have a hold on my credit card, so hopefully that will fall off soon. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished but the main lock on the room woukd not latch. Nor would the bathroom door stay open on its own. Obviously the building had settled and they never addressed the issues.

I won't stay here again!Posted Dec 10, 2014 on Hotels
This was by far the worst stay at a comfort inn. They were dirty rags in our bathroom and the floor was sticky in places and slippery in others. There were no water cups. My sheets were dirty and the keys to the door had to be rekeyed 4 to 5 times. Breakfast was not properly served at 6:30 and people that came in later had to look for their own utensils throughout the kitchen. This seems to be a very poorly managed facility. We told the front office of the issues and nothing was resolved. We would have complained on the way out, but nobody was there.

Nice Place for the $$$$Posted Nov 13, 2014
Pros: It was very well maintained. Staff was friendly. Overall visit was AMAZING! We would stay here again!!!!!
My daughter booked this hotel for us so we could visit my son who lives in Copperas Cove. We drove from Maine to Texas. The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, plus it saved us from going out to eat. The room was more than we could have asked for. We had a King Suite and everything anyone could and would want. All we had to do was unpack.
