Ok for the night but not impressed

I was greeted when I came in and was informed of the times they would be serving breakfast. Never once did she mention it was an additional cost, ten bucks per person. I found that out the morning we went down for breakfast. I also requested a luggage cart, there was 5 of us. I was told if they weren’t any at the entrance then they were probably being used by other guests. It was 8pm, no one was comin in or going out of the hotel. Never once did she offer to send someone to go look for one or had someone help us with the luggage. We had to make 2 trips. The room was clean, bed was uncomfortable to say the least. Very bouncy. Check out as easy and there were luggage carts at the entrance.

Not staying here again

At check in, front desk clerk was friendly but distracted. She checked me in and gave me a key to room 303. I had to 'ask' for my Hilton Honors complimentary water (usually it's automatic). When I opened the door to the room, it was clearly occupied (bed unmade, tv on, lights off) - someone could have been in the bathroom but I didn't stick around long enough to see. Went back to the front desk and the clerk was nowhere to be found. After waiting several minutes, called hotel from my cell to let her know I was there. When she came out, she realized I should have had been given room 203 instead and that she'd not only given me access to an occupied room but also re-keyed room 303 so the current occupants key cards would no longer work. She apologized, complained of having a bad day, and gave me the key to the correct room along with a voucher for breakfast. When I arrived in the room, it was handicapped accessible, which I didn't need, and smelled like the bathroom floor had been mopped with dirty water. Unfortunately not very many choices in Killeen, and I wanted to be loyal to Hilton, but will be staying at the Hampton Inn if ever in that area again.

Bad service

The service was terrible. People that were waiting on the customers at the front desk seemed like they could care less. We stood at the counter for a few minutes before the person even looked up or acknowledged us trying to check in.

Hotel in Killeen, Texas

Pros: Excellent staff
Cons: Replace HVAC blowers.
Location: Convenient to many stores and outlets
Very Nice Hotel, although the HVAC is rather noisy.Super Staff
