Nice, clean hotel

Pros: The rooms were nice.
Cons: The sound that carries from the lobby bar needs to be toned down.
The hotel is nice, and my room was nicely decorated, very clean, and had tall ceilings. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was right off the lobby, and lobby bar noise could be heard. The staff was really professional and friendly.

No one was at the front counter when I first tried to check in...left and came back later. Room was ok, kind of small. Woke up to extra charges on my card that I did not approve. Asked them to remove those charges immediately because that was theft. I will not stay here ever again. Pretty sad motel for the brand name.

I paid hotels.com in advanced and was still charged at the hotel. I have yet to receive a refund and the manager will not return my calls.
