Dirty, smelly, old, and noisy!

Pros: Mattress.
Cons: Everything.
Would not stay again. The only good thing was the mattress was comfortable.

Hotel dirty

My experience was horrible, the door didn't lock it only had a stopper. The room was dusty and dirty. Sink had strand of hairs which weren't mine. Tub was clogged. I would never go back

Excellent hotel

My family and I stayed in three different hotels over the weekend! This one was by far the favorite! Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean, pool was great and breakfast was simple but great!

Great location for my trip, however....

Pros: Location, easy to find, close to most everything
Cons: Nothing hotel could do about the neighbors.....
Location: Close to most everything I needed, easy to get in and out of
The location was perfect for my trip. The staff was GREAT, loved the check in, extremely helpful. Now, about the hotel itself....very busy place, typical for this chain, small room, good beds, but not the most quiet place. The BAD thing, was the house behind the hotel. ALOT of drinking, yelling cursing, smoking weed, threats to me and my dog I was walking. (I am white, they were not) That aside, if you stay, stay on the front side of the hotel and away from that mess. Pool was pristine, clean and would love to have taken a dip. Not great, but not bad...They ARE pet friendly, which is hard to find....

The hotel was nice. It's in a tight location and the roads need some serious work, but the room was comfortable. It is one of the few hotels that still offers smoking rooms so it had a smell. It was older but still comfortable. The staff was nice and welcoming.

Wonderful hotel staff!

Great staff, a little noisy as it is right off the highway. The rooms are fine, it's an inexpensive hotel, nothing fancy. Really nice people

Bed and pillows awesomely comfortable BUT for a non- smoking room it had a strong cigarette odor from the moment I walked in. After washing my hair, the next day at my class I realized that my hair smelled of smoke. It is just a preference for me, but if I had been allergic I could not have returned for the 2nd night. But the staff was awesome!!!

We don't want our guests to be uncomfortable or be inconvenienced, and we would have been happy to move you to another room. Since the AC's draw outside air, and sometimes outside odors, if someone had been smoking right by the AC intake, it could draw the smell right into the room. I do apologize, and being a former smoker, I know that smell is invasive and not very pleasant. I hope that you'll be willing to give us another chance when you're in the area next time.
