Hotel close to where needed to be

This La Quinta was located near to a business we were dealing with. We try to stay at LA Quinta motels when away from home. This one was much older than others we've stayed at. Bathroom was very small and one of the desk chairs was rickety. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but no coffee, just decaf. The waffle machine had batter spilled all over it.

dirty hotel

Location: ok
The room smells very bad. not clean. very old I don't recommended it for anyone

disappointed appearance

Pros: the staff was very friendly
Cons: SEE ABOVE
Location: shipleys donuts was very convenient since we love coffee and donuts
although the staff was good the elevator was way on the other side from our rooms. my mom is handicap and had too far to walk we weren't offered 1st floor when asked we were told everything was booked. we booked hotel online due to being close to family for military funeral service. breakfast was not a wide selection. this hotel would be excellent and perfect for truckers for one or two nights but not for a family. had we not already paid we would have walked out and took chances finding another place to stay. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Pros: breakfast, microwave in the room
Cons: towels were not very clean.
it was okay. it is very close to grocery. There is no shuttle service instead of expedia personal told me that there is.

Nite are at laquinta

Location: Had to go to waco
First room (was not supposed to be a pet room)was loaded with fleas.my girlfriends legs were all bitten up. The room smelled like pet urine and the carpet also and was filthy. We were going to use the pool but it too was not usable.i recommended this hotel to my sister who came down from New York and she too was disappointed. This hotel needs a lot of work. We were there for three days and my sister was there for five days the pool was finally getting cleaned the nite before we left.

Not up to La Quinta standards!

This hotel is old and not up to La Quinta standards. Bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was very basic. Room was clean but smoke detector started beeping (low battery). We reported it to the front desk but no one came. We ended up removing the battery and the smoke detector from the wall to stop the beeping. Unacceptable. Thank God there wasn't a fire that night!

Pleased with location, room size and cleanliness. The room does need to be updated, but overall very satisfied.
