Ski lodge nice in summer too

Posted Jul 23, 2017
Pros: Many amenities (pool, gym, sauna, game room, bar in season), nice view, large room
Location: Killington Adventure Park in the summer has great fun activities for families
This place primarily caters to the skiers at nearby Killington during the winter. However, it is a pleasant place to stay in the summer too. The room had lots of space (unlike many places) and it was clean. The lodge has many amenities as the description says. The bar is not open in the summer, but there are places to go nearby if you like. The pool was nice; quite warm. The view was nice from the pool deck or the public balcony or a few rooms had private balconies. There is a pond with resident geese just in front of the lodge. Gym looked adequate (unused by us). But I did use the sauna (it's hidden in the restrooms near the gym). The kids enjoyed the game room also. Books also are available in there. Overall a nice stay.

Overall good with a few minor issues

Posted May 11, 2017 on Hotels
Hotel staff was amazing. Honestly the first hotel where all staff members around the clock had smiles and were so nice. The hotel is an old ski lodge with few updates and could certainly use some more. They gave us a great deal for off season and a group rate so we were happy to overlook a few little things. The shelves of books for people to borrow was something I haven't seen before. The game room has some broken games. The workout room has no cardio machine. Heated outside pool needs some repairs but the water is so warm and the view of the mountain is great. Our kids had a great time and so did the rest of our crew. Oh and their sign isn't up outfront so we had no idea if we were at the right place... we would gladly stay there again.

Great price, was basic, but has everything you need after a long day at the mountain!

Just spent one night with my wife. We enjoyed out stay. The hotel is not modern but it was not the most expensive either.

Convenient hotel

Hotel staff was friendly. The room itself was clean however the bed was terrible including the pillows. The hotel was convenient for skiing and nightlife
