We booked a last minute overnight stay on our way back to Wisconsin from Florida. An older, but very clean hotel at an affordable price. Double queen room with a sofa bed was spacious. Beds very comfortable. Superior customer service when we had a small issue with the shower at 6am. The problem was immediately fixed by housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.

Didn’t want to spend big $$ on a room we were just spending 7 hours in. Older but very clean property, nice beds, great breakfast, and friendly staff. Well-lit parking lot.

The staff makes this hotel a winner. Travis was just great and very helpful. Breakfast was really good and the lady that sets it up was super nice and polite. Everyone always has a smile on their face and are ready to help. Rooms are just ok for the price. The bed frames make weird noises when you change position in bed and our room had a few dead stink bugs on the floor but overall its ok. Will stay again for sure because the staff is just amazing

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Kimball Inn. We were looking for a pet friendly hotel to stay near the cast iron museum, and with a reasonable pet fee of $15, this Best Western fit the bill. The location was cozy and staff were hospitable. The room was as expected, and the shower was easy to use.

Check in was easy and non stressful. The gentlemen who checked us in was very nice. We arrived very late so when we asked for a later check out they accomodated us with a noon check out. That really helped us. We would stay here again.
