“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) “Sheets had hair all through the bed. When they brought new ones - those also had hair. When I removed the sheets there was a poop colored something smeared all over the mattress pad. Room smelled like must. Elevator was broke. Pool wasn’t open. Vending machines were down. Bathtub had hair in it.”
