Extremely hospitable and friendly staff all around.
Functional room, clean and practical. Great location for Bruxelles expo & Kinopolis. Great service; the clerk couldn't do enough for the customers. Nearby the tram station, the drawback being that it is quite noisy.
No hot water at all Doors not functioning Explain to staff but no luck
it was summer time and was hot, the hotel has NOT AC. Free Parking was +, other things just OK for the price. Breakfast was not bad.
