The Crowne Plaza Philadelphia - Valley Forge hotel was great! The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel’s close proximity to the King of Pursia mall, restaurants and other amenities was great too. The room and beds were comfortable, clean and updated. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will certainly will stay here again when I visit my son at Villanova University.

I’d stay here again. Nice staff, clean. The only drawback is the smell of Marijuana in the corridors.

Consistently and always a wonderful, pleasant stay! All of front desk, especially Akeem, is so kind, always smiling and welcoming as soon as you walk through the door! The customer service from ALL staff is exceptional every visit. I miss Dan the Man from the restaurant bar but Kristy is just as awesome and fun. I have benn staring here for business for 8 yrs and service has been consistetly excellent throughout all those years. This is my favorite and consistent place to stay. My husband loves it as well when i bring him along on my trips. Thank you sincerely for 8 years!!

The location is really good as it’s right by the mall and restaurants. The hotel is okay at best. The room (king bed with pullout sofa) is small and doesn’t have much room to move around in. The bed could’ve been worse as far as comfort but could’ve been a lot better too. The room was stuffy. The air didn’t kick on consistently when it hit the temp (which can’t go lower than 66) so it just always felt stuffy. Overall though hotel and rooms were clean and staff was professional and nice. I just found it lacking on the comfort side.

I really liked the convence of the area it was in. Very easy to get to and staff was very nice and welcoming. The room itself was just okay. Some stains on the top sheet, curtains and chair. The room I was in had a bathroom door that would not close all the way because of the stopper to prevent it from slamming into the wall when closing it shut.

My Husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights. The location is great. It's surrounded by restaurants and shoppes. Both the room and facilities were clean. The property is well cared for and it was nice and quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, along with a solid breakfast buffet topped it off. We will definitely be returning.

We had a great stay. The staff was excellent and dining was great. The only problem we had was once we got to the hotel room. There was a bunch of brown stains on the toilet seat. We did not appreciate that although we called down and the front staff immediately took care of the problem other than that everything was wonderful.

Very nice place.
The hotel was beautiful and the room was absolutely beautiful. Very modern aesthetic. Only thing I wish it had was a refrigerator but overall a wonderful stay.
