Nice hotel

Pros: Everything.
Cons: None that I can think of.
Location: As stated earlier, the location was conveniently close to the venue of a wedding we had come to attend.
We found the staff at the desk very courteous and helpful. We liked its proximity to the venue of a wedding we had come to attend.

Hotel near King of Prussia Mall

Not worth the price. Hotel restaurant was expensive.

good location friendly staff but some shortcomings

the bathroom was clean, the room chair at the desk had fabric that was dirty and should have been cleaned; something that the hotel probably doesn't even think about from the looks of it. There was no microwave in the room, and the only available one was up on the 8th floor which was a pain to do. We did use it, but it would have been more convenient to have one in the room or on the same floor. The room rugs could have been cleaner, too. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay

Location: Most people come for the mall...
Pretty good, but the hotel is definitely showing its age (carpeting) compared to similar options. Great shuttle service b/w mall and other places.

nice hotel in middle of nowhere

Pros: good room service, all amenities, nice big rooms
Cons: wifi sucked in the evening... so so so bad. I paid for the premium, thinking that would make it usable, but NO, not at all
Location: nothing to do nearby, it's in the middle of nowhere
very nice staff, clean hotel with everything. but wifi was absolutely atrocious in the evening. As in, unusable. And paying for premium did not make it better. doubletree: you need to upgrade your wifi equipment, AND/OR your connection. I usually stay in center city, in cheaper hotels, where wifi is all free. you'd think a nicer hotel like this would have better internet, but no, not at all. but other than that, this is a nice hotel, and not everyone needs to work in the evening so you might not care about wifi

Shower was not cleaned there was a used bar of soap and half empty bottle of shampoo on shelf . Plate of food sat outside door for 16 hours and for that price there should of been free breakfast

Great Hotel

We have stayed here on our last visit to Philadelphia. They did not disappoint. Are very helpful and accommodating. We have no complaint!
