First room was overpowered by smoking odor

I checked into my room and it was clearly NOT a non smoking room as it had a heavy tobacco odor. The front desk moved me into another room which was much better but the hotel hallways and elevators all had a marijuana odor. I’ve stayed here numerous times for years and this is the second poor visit with smoking so will not return.

inexpensive place to stay

Pros: convenient location
Cons: night time desk person
Location: convenient for casino, mall, and a lot of businesses
decent accommodations for business travel or short stay.

Pros: The one positive comment I have is the young lady that checked us in on Thurs. was very nice and polite.
Hotel was not close to any restaurants, they did not service a breakfast on the go until our last day at the hotel and the breakfast was not what was advertised. The hall had a smell to it, there were dishes left outside of the hotel room next to us, only one wash cloth was left in the room when we arrived even when there was a reservation for 2 people. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Overalll dirty

My room was smelly like someone smoked in it, the tv channels were all snowy and their were stains all over the carpet. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed.

The room was kind of clean.... my boyfriend and I stayed for a night and, as an extended stay hotel, anticipated some glasses/plates, etc in the room. There were none. We asked the front desk to bring some up (bc the provided card on the counter said they would) and we were told to come get them. We go down, and they had no cups. They gave us mugs out of the kitchen. There were no ice machines in the entire building, allegedly including their hotel kitchen..... there were no toiletries in the bathroom, including no hand soap. The room also had a weird smell to it.... kind of like wet dog? Not really sure how to describe it.... All in all, very disappointing, and our hopes weren’t high for a 3 star hotel. I hate to write a bad review but I felt I had to.... sincerely hope the place gets better.

Room reserved was not available

Reserved a non smoking room and it was not available when I arrived. The hotel staff gave me a hard time about canceling when I had the reservation showing non smoking was reserved.

Reunion

Not pleased with the room noises that lasted well past 1 a.m. . This is not the hotels fault, but it is their fault that they did not try to stop it. I understand the no utensil set up 4 safety precautions but not even one glass cup or anything to even drink a glass of water was a little silly

Where where should I start.

Pros: The only thing pleasant about this experience was the nice young lady I believe her name was Monica who is very apologetic and tried to be helpful .
Cons: Everything.
Location: The hotel was conveniently located to Villanova university
This may have been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I frequent the King of Prussia area multiple times throughout the year and this is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The air conditioner was broke and it blew it hot air. The screen in the window was broken making it was difficult to open the window to allow fresh air into the room. The manager was called but never return my phone call. Since I had arrived late and was very tired I did not wait for the manager to return my phone call , by the way she never did.I had a terrible night sleep due to the window being open which lead and light from the neighboring business and I heard all the patrons and all of the noise outside my room The bathroom was very dirty there was soap scum on the tile which I was able to wipe off with a washcloth and show it to the front desk as proof as how dirty the bathroom actually was I had a terrible night sleep due to the window being open which let in light from the neighboring business and I heard all of the noise outside my room. In the morning I complained to the front desk and asked to see the manager. I waited over a half an hour and the manager never came. Due to a tight scheduleI , I had to leave without speaking to the manager. The front desk woman was very pleasant and try to be as helpful as possible
