Booked but never left the lobby except to sleep in my truck overnight, clerk wouldn't açept Expedia, id, check, credit T card insurance, or anything asked to leave so I did and wished her a good evening and said id continue to pray for her..poor teed headed woman wouldn't açept Expedia

This place is terrible. Pass on it. Even at a budget price, you would be better sleeping in your car. I am not one to usually leave reviews and am pretty lenient on conditions. This place was bad enough we left after 20 minutes with no refund. It was better to lose $80 than stay. The room absolutely did not match the pictures. The carpet was filthy. The chairs were filthy and stained. The bathroom was dirty and had mildew. The place had a very bad smoke smell that was bad enough to set off my wife's allergies and daughters' asthma. The door looked like it had been kicked in at some point and was barely latching closed with a large gap all around it. Hardly gives the feeling of safety to my wife and 3 daughters. When asked if there was a better, cleaner room, the attendant said maybe, but they are all probably the same. Then 30 seconds later without looking anything up said they were booked for the night, no additional rooms. So which is it? No better rooms or no rooms? When asked about a refund, full or partial since we could not stay, he just said no refunds. Highly disappointed. Something should be done about this place.

Hotel was a little rundown. could use a spruce up. rug worn, walls had patches, curtain didn't completely close. I'm not crazy about outside access to your room but I was ok because I was with my friend. On the upside, the room was clean, bathroom fine and bed comfortable.

The room looked NOTHING like the photos online. The TV and cable was completely unhooked, I reconnected all and got it working. The linen on bed appeared dirty and stained. AC hardly worked. Multiple areas in the room where they abandoned projects. It was super loud outside all night with people hanging out in front of rooms, and banging on doors.

Super affordable and the room wasn't bad, with a fridge and microwave. TV didn't work, but we didn't really need it. Only drawback was it was a bit noisy, with thin walls and a heavy trafficked road right outside. Would still stay again due to the VERY affordable pricing and proximity to major highways (north, south, east and west).

It wasn’t terrible, but there was people coming and going all night! Weekday night and parties above and next to us, but I’m pretty sure the whole lot was full of it. The cops and ambulances showed up to the grounds twice in our less than 12 hours there! But the “fixer guy” that was like sweeping the lot, was extremely kind and helped us jump our vehicle and wouldn’t let us tip him, said it was part of his job. Just the area seems like a pretty rough part of town!

I hate surprises. The information on your site said that the property was "Pet friendly". What it didn't mention is that to be "friendly" there is a $25 fee. To put that in perspective the room rate advertised is $50! On top of that the room was shabby and the heater didn't work, this is in March in Kingman, AZ. Offeing properties like this without fill disclosure does not reflect well on your site. My impression went from "a great deal" to "What a ripoff.!"

This place was kind of a disappointment. I get it was cheaper but it said it had hotel breakfast but you had a limit of only one fruit one juice box one small muffin and one fruit cup and that was all. The shower was great for handicap but filled the entire bathroom floor with water. Carpets were dirty and crusty in the room and furniture is extremely worn.

The man that checked me in was very nice. The room was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. I felt safe. Nice bed and big flat screen TV with great channels. There are several places to eat near by. breakfast was a nice bonus. The price was very reasonable. My husband and I had a nice time here. I love this hotel.

It was fine for passing through, but the room was smelly and had several large stains on the floor. we were two women traveling and the door barely locked. We ended up moving the office chair against the door due to its unsteady nature. breakfast was restricted to ONE muffin, a small juice box, and one mini water. The staff was really sweet even accommodating our request to stay on the first floor, however, the rooms need a serious deep clean and remodel. price was cheap but I wrote this review from a day's inn a few hours away and it feels like night and day in comparison. It is clean smells nice and is remodeled. The price was only a few dollars in difference.

This hotel room was disgusting. It was king non smoking room. The bed has so many cigarette holes and looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. Carpet was raveled and dirty and the couch which was also a sleeper looked like it was picked up at the side of the road. Do not recommend.

In serious need of updating and refurbishment. Room had 2 walls that had been partially been repainted but in a totally different colour to original. The bath had spa jets that looked like they hadnt been cleaned in years, whilst the tap constantly dripped. Had to pull and push taps rather than turning and worried if used too much force the tap would break. Consequently we avoided using the shower and bath through fear of catching something. Various other blobs of paint on the walls and the door frame looked to be rotting. A fridge and microwave in room but no provision to make a hot drink. Credit card swipped on arrival in case of ‘damages to room’…..just hope they dont try charging me to refurb the room as it seriously needs it. The bedsheets, whilst appearing clean gave a constant itch as if being bitten. Thought was me being over sensitive but in the morning my partner made comment that she wondered if bed bugs and got up to check the sheets(which were clean) and no sign of bugs- obviously the starch used causing the irritation. The stay was part of a 2 week road trip and it was the worst night stay we had. Not the standard we would expect from Days Inn by Wyndham hotel having used many others of the same brand over the years.

The check in was great, but the room has a very bad odor to it and the carpet was dirty.. the street noise was very loud.
