"Absolutely beautiful stay. The lodge itself was gorgeous, in a great setting and the views are spectacular. Quiet and peaceful, no disturbance whatsoever. The surroundings are just spectacular. We mentioned it was our little minimoon and they very kindly left us some chocolates and a bottle of fizz. Amazing stay exactly what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer xxxx"

"A notebook was provided with every detail about the property imaginable, along with appliance manuals. Property was spacious and comfortable! Just remember to hold the handle up on the exterior door while engaging the deadbolt! Wonderful location to Cellardyke and a quick walk to Anstruther. "There was nothing to like. The area was dirty, unsafe. The host and VRBO would not reply to us to let us in. We were left without a place to stay at 6 PM at nite and had to drive all the way back to Glasgow for accommodations. Extremely disappointed in Expedia and VRBO for leaving us stranded. Be aware! "

"The hotel was very clean the staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was excellent as you helped yourself too what was available we had one meal in the hotel restaurant the food was good but the service was very slow apart from that we enjoyed are meal. The parking at the hotel is very disappointing as there's signs on the walls saying this space or spaces are for blue badge holders/disabled parking only as we arrived back from are day out they was cars parked in the Disabled spaces not one had a blue badge displayed in there car told one of the staff at reception so he came out and took the car numbers and told us we can park on the side of the road which as double yellow lines on it was told if you have a blue badge you will be ok but from experience of being in this area before that was a no no so as soon as a space was available I parked in it when we went out next morning we saw 3 cars with parking tickets 😀 but over all the hotel was excellent i would definitely stay again "
