The owner sent very clear instructions to find the house and how to use everything and was available to contact should we have needed anything. "Lovely house, beautiful views over Bigbury bay and burgh island. Would have been useful to be clearer about the extra costs for the hot tub - details are a bit buried and I only spotted it a week before we arrived.Had a wonderful holiday and we were lucky with the weather. Electrics kept dimming sometimes and the hall light wouldn’t turn off. We had a problem with a broken lock to the lounge door to the garden but that was all sorted quickly thank you. I would say that the bifold doors locks are very stiff and may need some maintenance soon."

"Really comfortable B&B, the owners were really hospitable and the breakfasts were prob one of the best I have ever had. Dog friendly and super cute that they provided dog treats in the room. Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. "
