"Vicki and her staff were welcoming, helpful, and have a wonderful b and B. The premises are charming and uncluttered. The back garden was lovely and breakfast was simply the best we had in England. There were nice choices and Julie was just a delight with a great sense of humor. Bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and well stocked. The place was safe and secure. "Took my husband away for his birthday and it was the perfect retreat. Such an incredible building and so lovingly restored. The decor everywhere is perfect and little touches like the music at breakfast (which was delicious) make such a difference. Kat was welcoming and we enjoyed learning about the building from her. Check inn was quick and easy and entrance to hotel is actually separate to the adjacent pub which was great as we wasn't disturbed by any noise from the revellers on a weekend! Room was very spacious for a family of 4 and was very clean! Would highly recommend and great location. Only 5 min drive to Margate central!"

"We were welcomed with a big smile and a pot of coffee which was lovely after a long day cycling.The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom big and spotless.The breakfasts were delicious and set us up on the second day to continue cycling. Our bikes were safely stored during our stay. "

"The owner was very welcoming and friendly nothing was too much bother. The whole house was very dated and not a fresh and clean welcome could of made it more welcoming than it was the porchway that you entered again was terrible thread bare carpet and musty smell dirty windows and bathroom was shabby again it’s in need of a lick of paint and all round freshen up! Bedding was fine but quilts & pillows underneath were disgusting in my opinion this B&B was very over priced! "

"Its extremely centrally located, which made it super easy to walk everywhere I wanted to go. The property was easy to check in and out from. I was in one of the small loft rooms, and the room was clean, there was plenty of space for me to spread out. My window overlooked the back garden which offered a sense of privacy, especially since I had the window open most of the time. Overall, a wonderful stay - would highly recommend, especially for a soli traveller."
