I have stayed at this property many times over the years. I fish in the StMarys area and this hotel is convenient, reasonably priced, and there is room to park my boat. The staff is good and the lady who manages the dining area is great. It is not a new hotel and shows some wear. I sleep really well on the beds and love their pillows.

One of the beds in our room had obviously not been changed because there were hairs on the bottom sheet.There were also hairs on the bathroom floor. The control buttons on the AC/ heat were broken and we could not determine what it was set on. There was a constant problem with room keys not working. I will not use Country Inns and Suites in the future!

People in the room adjacent room yelling and smoking pot, ants all over the room and bathroom so they allowed me to change rooms. The next morning in the new room were roaches in the bathroom and too top all that off while my daughter was in the shower the shelf over the toilet fell off the wall.

The property is extremely run down, the room had ants climbing on the walls, when checked in the Receptionist was over-whelmed and recharged for the room even thou it was paid for and booked thru Expedia. I will never stay at this location again.

Had to switch rooms 3x. 1st smelled like someone smoked in it for a long time and air cleaner turned on. 2nd room tv wasn’t working. Couldn’t get it to connect to server. Plus bathroom door wouldn’t shut. 3rd room scent but tub was old and stained and old mold all around tub seal. Too tired to keep switching rooms. So instead of the king size bees we booked. We ended up w 2 queens which was fine. The desk receptionist was very kind and very accommodating. Her name was Terry. . The breakfast was decent and coffee was really good The breakfast attendant was very friendly and the food areas were very clean.

Not great! Stayed In the accessible room, bathroom desperately needs updates! Rusty shower, Kleenex box, under open sink. Had to re-key our room all 3 days we stayed. The breakfast was minimal at best. Will not stay again.

I expected more cleanliness from a country Inn and suites. Broken tiles in the elevator., walls were dirty. The room doors were dirty and need repainting carpet looked dirty and dingy bathtub needs to be caulked.

Excellent for the price. The person checking us in ws very pleasant and professional. He was also very helpful and made us feel like welcomed guests. Very clean lobby and room, with clean modern lines. Rooms comes with a mini-fridge and a microwave oven, as well as a coffee maker. Functioning indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel is a couple of minutes' walk from several restaurants on the same side of the street. Highly recommend.

Place can definitely use a little TLC. Will go a long way. Staff needs training. Nice lady had no clue about check in, despite me paying in advance on Expedia. Had to wait 20 minutes from a long exhausting drive almost at midnight until she finished calling someone to figure out what to do. Not her fault but she needs to be trained before being left alone. Doors need to be replaced. Beaten up and difficulty in flush alignment On the positive. Place is clean with easy access to I95 and ample parking

Staff was friendly and helpful. I did find the room, particularly the bathroom not very clean. Normally, I would call front desk about it--and I'm certain they would have handled it given they were so helpful--but I just wore my "flip flops" in the shower and went on. The floors were particularly yuck and visibly unswept. The tub had residue that was removable with a tissue, so I know this wasn't cleaned well.

The room was clean. It could use some black out curtains. I was kept awake with the outside lights shining in our room. The free breakfast was delicious, with many choices. The staff that we came in contact with were very friendly. There are many dining options near this hotel.

Our room had an inch of dust on the open shelf under the sink in the bathroom and on the kitchen towel shelf. One of my the bath towels had dried gunk on it, just gross The breakfast was ample, the area well serviced and clean, the woman managing the breakfast was in it !! Refilling, wiping down tables and counters
