Worst hotel ever

Front desk staff was an older man who laughed at me when I told him I didn’t book a smoking room because I can’t be in a smoking room due to being pregnant. Then was extremely rude and took 20 minutes to check me in. Once I checked in and got up to another room that I was assigned it was disgusting and looked like someone’s blood was splattered on the wall. At that point I was too tired to do anything and just went to sleep in the bed furthest from the wall. However ALL. NIGHT. I heard an obnoxious noise that was loud. I will never be back to this hotel. And will be calling corporate.

OK place to stay

Pros: Extreme friendly front desk (Julie), nice and quiet neighborhood, nifty little garden next to the pool.
I travel for business and Red Roof is a part of my travel package. I picked them instead of the usual chain hotels I used in the past due to lower cost and the curiosity in this rural neighborhood. Everything from environment, neighborhood, building, room comfort, cleanliness, to breakfast are basic and meet the minimum requirements, so I guess if cost is a concern or you want to try something different, this could be a good choice. The usual room basic accommodation like lotion is lacking. I did not bring my own because I never imagine it is needed. I always just use what hotel provides to keep my luggage light. This is particular hard in dry winter. Business center does not have printer. It is obvious they want to keep cost down.

Requested smoke free room. The room we received was billed as smoke free; however, it had previously been a smoking room that had received only a cursory cleaning to eliminate the residual smoke smell.

Poor location - and service

We had a room with a king size bed and 4 pillows that were smaller than the throw pillows on my couch. I asked for a non smoking room and the bedding had burn holes in them. The bathroom pipes were loose and you had to hold them to get the shower turned on. The door wouldn't shut you had to slam it which was not nice to people staying around you. Staff was not very nice when I went in to ask for more pillows. When I reported this to the front desk before leaving the person acted like I was bothering her.

Felt Like a Swamp

It's 2017- get new air condition units !!! My room remained muggy and humid. They painted an "accent" wall this awful color of red. Will not be a future customer again.

Friendly and attentive staff!

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Cut the grass by the pool.
Nice place, at a great price and very friendly staff. Close to Bristol track and interstate.

Clean, Friendly

Staff was very friendly. Rooms clean. Property was well taken care of with flower gardens, fruit trees. Always dog friendly!
