Technology was down and took several people and longer than expected. They apologized and were pleasant but wanted to share our experience. We were traveling with a toddler, so the wait was a little disappointing.

I'm not trying to compare it to other five-star luxury hotels. I'm comparing it to Hampton Inn's other locations. 1. The front desk did not react to my request to change rooms even though (unfortunately) I saw other vacancies with the same option myself, But gave me a handicapped room. 2. This is the first room with the smallest space room among the one-king bedrooms in the same Hampton Inn hotels. 3. The Bathroom Sink Stopper was broken. 4. The heater was set at 85 degrees, which is Max, but the room was cold. small room has a small heater? 5. The wireless charger in the room was also broken. 6. The other Hampton Inn has a Nestle Coffee-Mate Creamer and Delight single coffee Creamer, but there was only Delight single coffee Creamer here. 7. Other Hampton inns have swimming pools and hot tubs, but this location only has swimming pools.

We are sorry to hear that we fell short in your expectations for some areas of your stay. Reviewing your reservation, we were unable to move your room when you requested as we were sold out for the saturday and sunday night of your stay. Our handicap king rooms are also our bigger rooms for our property as they need to have enough space for wheelchair accessbility.

Good solid hotel. Clean. The mattresses were a bit firm. I just wish they did cleaning service every day like the good ole days. They did a huge favor for me. So A+ staff. Decent free breakfast. I like that they offer you water bottles when you arrive.

Great for train enthusiasts
This hotel is great for train enthusiasts. A busy freight line runs right behind the hotel - all day and all night. Conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were the worst I've ever slept on. All the pillows should be replaced. Good breakfast is included in the price.
