Bad Choice

Location: Poor location next to a car lot but area has nice attractions.
Because we had a certified service dog our booked room was changed to another room which was in very bad shape. Wall paper was peeling ceiling was stained and flaking. Carpet was worn and stained and bathroom was in need of refurbishing. In addition the room was musty and the A/C was very noisy. The cable had been out in the whole hotel for almost a week and the pool was closed at 9pm. There was a breakfast which required tickets from the font desk and was a very short menu which only included one beverage. When we asked for some consideration at check out they said they could not do anything because we booked it on Expedia. After a call to the corporate office and a very heated argument with the manager we were given a $35 discount. Stay away from this place !!!

Do not waste your money!

Cons: Friendlier staff and work cable as advertised.

The hotel is not as advertised. There was no cable TV, half of the games in the so called "Arcade" did not work, front desk staff was rude and unprofessional and the maids were loud. I would recommend staying anywhere but here!

Spacious Quiet Comfortable Convenient

Location: Near NTS Thruway Dining/ Shopping/ Hiking/ Rafting
The Quality Inn has a welcoming and helpful staff. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was no noise from adjoining rooms or patrons. The restaurant was cozy and food was quite tasty. The staff are all pleasant and welcoming.

No warm water

Good location

Pros: Location.
Stayed here for the location only. Hotel is older and the little things show it. Old soda machines, chipped paint, molding coming off bathroom door, etc.

Run Away. Quickly.

This hotel worked overtime to redefine "Quality" and successfully provided my family with the worst chain hotel experience we have ever had. Broken windows leaking cold outdoor air + malfunctioning heater = room that was either too hot or too cold but never comfortable. Dangerous broken lamp with bulb hanging by its electrical wire. Broken sink faucet that would not deliver hot water or shut off. Broken toilet that wouldn't stop flushing. Ant infestation in the bathroom. Shower not hot enough. TV didn't work. "Free" breakfast was a morning horror with microwaved meat. This is a Choice Hotel? My advice is simple: Make another one.

Looks nice

Pros: Friendly staff, beds were comfortable.
Cons: Updated, remodeling.. warmer temps inside the rooms.
Location: not to sure.
The hotel was nice, most of the staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean. It was outdated, and the biggest issue was it was really cold in the hallways, the room got to a decent temp, but never really warm. Took for-ever for the hot water to come on. The security door was not locked, or would not lock. The pool looked great but never got to use it.. Breakfast was really good and provided by the hotel. I would probably go back. I think the price was high considering the outdated decor.. All in all. Pretty good..

Overpriced

Place was weird. Signs up restricting use like the pool - keeping it covered even though it is open - you have to ask the staff to uncover it. Signs telling you that you have to leave the pool by 10:45 in order to check out. Several odd signs like that. For the price I paid I expected a better hotel.

A third world experience

Pros: Leaving it was the only good experience at this place
Cons: Expedia should not list it so that people are not fooled into going there
Location: Woodstock a lovely little town is nearby and as a result there are many other better places to stay.
Disappointing in every way. THEY WOULD NOT EVEN PRINT OFF A RECEIPT AT CHECKOUT. Unheated hallways. Indoor pool covered and inaccessible . Failed to deliver what was promised. Staff did not show up for breakfast . Staff at best befuddled. Extra charges for everything . Stairwells filthy. Property very dark, not patrolled and behind a truck dealership. DESPITE EXPEDIA CLAIMING IT WAS A BUSY WEEKEND THE PLACE WAS DESERVEDLY EMPTY. EXPEDIA DISAPPOINTED ME.
