Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool wasn't the easiest to access from our room, but the pool itself was great with modern updates. Room is a little small but comfortable and clean!

There were a couple of small issues with a door that rubbed and wouldn't close on its own and a toilet seat that wouldn't stay up but no major problems. Room was clean and comfortable.

The condition of the room is 2 star. Cheap handyman fixes. Dirty floors. I knew because I put my sock feet on the bed and it dirtied the top of the bed horribly. Strange also are the flooring transitions. No transition strip, no grout, not even straight cuts. Third world quality. Price too high. Should be $99 a night at most.

The staff didn't mark down the room we were in and programmed keys for another guest for our room. The other guests tried to enter our room while we were sleeping. When staff were commented they offered an apology but didn't offer a solution. We later found out they had reprogrammed both sets of keys without telling us and we became locked out. The towels were dirty, the tile in the bathroom was crumbling, and there were bugs in the bathtub. It was a convenient stay but disappointing (and a little scary)

Hotel is old. The bathroom is very tiny. The vanity is only 24" and has no space for hair and makeup products. Every door sticks, you have to pull with all your might to get it open and hip check it to close. There is no where to put your luggage but on the floor and the back doors all need to be replaced.

I have stayed in all the hotels nearby-none charge for parking. It is a small fee but it is ridiculous. No one charges for parking. There is no breakfast. And the pool is not in the same building so you have to leave the actual building to go to another one and I would not want to return with wet hair and bathing suit through the snow!!
Totally misleading. Also very bad soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the halls and the surrounding rooms ways to much
