We always do our best to accommodate requests, and requests are not treated different based on the source of the reservation. It sounds like you booked a Traditional room, which is our least expensive room type. We make sure all of our rooms are clean and comfortable, but these rooms would have the fewest in room amenities and the smallest bed size. If you have requests, like ground floor, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can do our best to accommodate you. We're glad you enjoyed your stay with us. A broken TV is a rare thing and hopefully maintenance was able to fix it quickly for you. We'll look into replace the mattress, so you will be even more comfortable during your next stay.

Our breakfast is complimentary and meant to give people an option. There are many great places to get breakfast in town.

Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your stay with us. Our listing shows that we do not offer a microwave or coffee makers in any rooms. We provide a continental breakfast, which by definition not a hot breakfast. However, we do cheat a little bit, and offer hot oatmeal and toasters for toasty warm bagels and English muffins. There are photos in the listing that show our entire breakfast. All guests are required to put on clothes to come to breakfast, regardless of how they get there.

They are pillow top mattresses, which offers superior comfort to almost any other bed you can find. Maintenance will look into the water pressure. Hello Howard, Due to the warm weather we had the days prior, we forgot to turn of the heat in your room prior to your arrival. Sorry for that. However, the carpet in the room you were in is very new. Not a single staff member, nor the person in the room the nights before you, noticed any smell. The tap water in the room can smell at this time, but the smell never enters the bedroom area. We will also be changing our water system this spring, which will eliminate this. We're glad we were able to make your stay a welcome one.
