It is not the finest hotel, however it looks like the rooms have been recently remodeled and for the price it is nice and confortable. Would i stay there again? Sure.

I have stayed here several times. There was an issue checking in because their system was down for several hours. The staff had no idea what to do. I came back much later to check in. (11 pm). Staff confirmed my reservation via a print out during the afternoon but couldn’t check me in. Last time I stayed here I got locked out of my room, key cards would not work and the staff key cards did not work either. After trying for an hour my card finally worked… Rooms are nice but not staying here again. Local staff said they couldn’t give me any credit or compensation

I loved staying there. Checking in and out was a breeze. Customer service is great. Nothing better than being greeted by a smile. Rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. I slept great. Pool is nice and big. Location is great, plenty of choices for food and shopping close by.

The facility and grounds look run down and dirty, nothing appealing to the place from the outside. The room appeared to be dirty, finding hair on top of the toilet and on the bed and stains on the sheets and bed-skirt.

I’m extremely disappointed. I chose this place because it was pet friendly. Only to show up and have them charge me extra for my pet. Nowhere on your website did it mention any pet fees. In addition to a larger deposit that won’t be refunded until 5-7 days from now. Ridiculous! Talk about bait and switch. If I would have known I would have stayed at the nicer hotel down the road, it ended up costing just as much!

Clean rooms
The hotel was very nice and clean. I just do not like how you they do not turn on the air condition prior to my arrival. The room was hot and took awhile for the room to reach cooling temperature. Also, there is a $150 deposit for pet fee I was unaware about. Other than that the rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.

Dear Daisy, Thank you for completing the online survey. We try and turn on A/C's for incoming arrivals but we do want to apologize for not having it on for you. The deposit is just in case there are damages in the room. As long as there is not we will release the hold we do on a credit card and can take 7-10 business days depend on your bank.
Room was clean and cold when we got in. No breakfast or pool but we dont usually take advantage of either when they are. Coffee maker and hairdryer in room. Travel size shampoo conditioner and soap. Refrigerator was cold. Overall for the price it is good.
