Room very warm in the morning and the air-conditioning never worked as expected. Asked to check twice, nothing changed. Moved to another room, they called Executive room, but was the same type of room, air-conditioning also not working as well and the bad was really uncomfortable. Too expensive to what can provide in terms of comfort.

This hotel was not my first choice due to its location further away from the city center. However, all of the central area hotels were fully booked over 6 months in advance for the summer of 2022. The plusses of the Novatel were its own restaurant, the surrounding hotels and their restaurants, and the nearby Infinity shopping area and its restaurants. The other saving grace was the easy access to the free Tram about 1.5 blocks from the hotel. This hotel, and the surrounding hotels have a very heavy corporate feel and look to them. And I understand the logic of this location and the EU area that it caters to. If I was in Luxembourg on business, the Novatel would probably be one of my top choices. But I was visiting Luxembourg for part of my vacation and all of these surrounding hotels and the Novatel were like staying next door to my office in downtown San Diego. It just reminded me of being at work and not on vacation--not the hotels' fault just circumstance.

The most wonderful thing is the Staff friendliness from reception, to cleaners and the restaurant. Well located place easy to catch tram back and forth. I will definitely recommend. We had minor problem with squeaking door when we reported immediately got fixed.

Great choice for Luxembourg stay
The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We had to make a last minute travel change, as our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and the hotel was able to book us in our same room for one additional night, at the same rate we had paid. Very accommodating. The hotel itself is also very close to the tram, which made getting around the city very easy.

Perfection how a hotel should be
We did have a little trouble finding the hotel as it was tucked in behind other hotels and probably because it was late at night . When we did arrive at reception the gentleman at the desk was so helpful and pleasant it wonderful after a full day of traveling. The room was super . It was very large fantastic TV but remote probably needed new batteries as it wouldn't work . The beds were so comfortable,the shower was great the towels so soft . The temperature in the room was perfect . The maids were so pleasent . Lifts were gorgeous. The quick checkout was great especially at 6.30 in the morning .Everything about the hotel was just wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again . Highly recommended . Staff are a real credit to you

Great stay and amazing service!
Stayed at the Novotel Kirchberg for 4 nights and was really happy with everything - especially the service and friendliness of the staff! The food in the restaurant is also excellent, and very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again!

Pretty good hotel in Kirchberg
Decent "business" hotel in the Kirchberg district. We were there for holiday but it's clear what the typical clientele for this is. Location is good for both tourists and probably also for people who are there for work. It seemed a little bit understaffed but the staff were always friendly. Hotel itself is nice and clean but a little bit sterile and soulless.

Excellent staff and hotel, very clean and comforta
The Hotel was conveniently located next to the tram station with underground parking. The hotel was clean including lobby and our room. Staff were very friendly and dealt with the queries with a smile on their face and genuinely wanted to provide best customer experience. I will certainly book this hotel again.
