Downsides included not being able to get into room late at night as key wasn’t working. Second time key malfunctioned. My husband left a family party to let me in. His key worked. Otherwise, we would have been locked out all night since there was no one on duty. Bartender tried to call manager, no answer. Also, no one on duty to check us out at 8:15 am. "You can see that the place is beautiful. The view AMAZING! What you can not see is how beautiful the hosts are!! This probably our 10th VRBO rental. We have never had the hosts meet us upon arrival. The entire family was there, with wine and home made cumquat preserves. We also meet the house cleaner who came every two weeks. We where there for more than 10 weeks. The house is beautiful!! The furnishing were fine, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace during the evenings for the ambiance and the warmth. It was a bit cold for the pool so we never got in it but it is very nice. The pool area has the outside kitchen. We used the grill a lot. We enjoyed the outside space. You can't imagine the view. We stopped everything every evening for a glass of wine at sunset; AMAZING!!! I can only imagine how fun it would be to be there with kids and the pool.We will likely return for another extended stay.Why the extended stay? I had work to do in Europe so we based at Fairytale and traveled as needed. The drive to the airport is manageable. Working meant that we needed high speed internet. There was WiFi as advertised but it was too slow for our needs. We bought Starlink, and when we departed we made a deal with hosts and now they have Starlink. The kitchen is ok, not the best appliances. Lastly, is there is no hot tub. There is a tub, but not Jacuzzi type hot tub.Did I mention the hosts are wonderful? The house is beautiful and view is AMAZING."
