“The property was excellent. The room was very well presented and very clean. It had a luxury feel to it. The aircon was a great addition during the recent heatwave. Using a code to enter the building and room was simple and easy. Parking available for each room. Local pub only 5 minutes walk away.”

“Very nice, ample and light room with a double bed, a proper desk, kitchenette and table. Much nicer and spacious than a hotel room. Bed was not the most comfortable but ok for a couple of nights. 10 minutes walking away from Rugby's pedestrian area. Can be a bit noisy from the road, but not worse than other hotels I've stayed in Rugby. Only issue was that email with access instructions went to Spam as it didn't come from hotels.com, but once I called I got the access codes in a couple of……

“Lovely clean property and friendly hosts”

“Excellent value for money. Communication and access was easy - remember to message for code to lockbox. Parking was great with loads of secure space out the back. This place has been recently done up with a nice finish. Everything was really clean including bathroom, bed and kitchenette (except the grey thing on top of the bed had some stains). Bed was really comfy and fresh. Location wise it was perfect for what i needed as it was close to the arena and near a lot of shops. Only downside……

“The pod was a great size (family of 3), clean, had everything you needed and more. The attention to detail with the added reception area with games/dvds and information was great. Our 4 year old loved the novelty of a dvd! Dominic was really helpful, felt super relaxed there and was situated perfectly for lots of family fun activities! Will deffo book again in the future. The shop across the way was lovely, we didn't use the tea room as it was closed during our stay but it looked lovely”
