“Unfortunately another resident was up all night shouting and banging. We finally managed to sleep around 4am. From the advertisement we thought it was the entire apartment but it was a very small room. ”

“The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there……

“The house was bright and airy with a proper seaside feel to it. There was bread and milk provided when you arrived which was nice to not have to mess around getting them at the last minute. There was a fan available and it was very warm so this was welcome. The bed was comfortable and it was great that we could take our dog and there was plenty of room in the yard for him. “Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again.”

“We couldn’t fault our stay, it was lovely and very homely, we as a group have stayed in other pods and none compared to these. Everything had been thought of, from the complementary tea and coffee to the bread knife and toaster!
