There were no elevators, the building is dated, and even though our room Said non-smoking, the smell hit us immediately when we opened the door. Luckily the windows could be opened, so we were able to open them and leave them open all night, but it didn't do anything to alleviate the smell. I have asthma, and I started coughing really bad during the night. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay. We will not be returning.

I liked the proximity to Chick Fil A. I didn’t like the dead bugs on the floor, missing light fixture in the bathroom, missing drain plug, loud thumping noises in the night, basement room location, low lighting, lack of housekeeping service, grimey carpet, or stains and scratches in room. Staff were nice enough. Seems like poor management. Breakfast was good.

Shower was broken, couldn't change water from spout to shower head. 11pm called front desk no answer for 20 min of trying, then walked to office nobody. Next morning told fd, she was very busy and was unable to shower. Asked late check out after all that and appreciate the hour but needed more time to splash water from tub to shower

Great hotel for the price. The room is pretty small, but has everything you need. The veneer in the bathroom was broken and the water would sometimes turn cold; however, if you increased the temperature enough, it would stay hot.

I checked into my room I booked at 12am for a day 27th-28th come the next morning they kick me out of my room and tells me I would have to pay another 110 to extend my stay. So if you wanna pay to sleep for 7 hour then get kicked out go here

This property is near the 405, easy off and on, in Kirkland. The area is light up at night and shares the private road with a chicken filet restaurant. The staff is very friendly and the place very clean. There is a coffee maker, refer and coffee maker in the room. Each room has its own heater / ac which works great and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage, cold and hot cereals. Juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Biscuits and gravy and assorted breads and muffins and yogurts. It is very quiet at night. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were small squares, not a standard size pillow. It took two squares to equal the size of a standard pillow, which would move from under your head when you moved. Other than that, this is a great place to stay.

I’ve stayed here many times for work trips. The rooms have always been clean. The breakfast is good. Some rooms don’t have microwaves as expected, however, the lobby has one in a pinch. The food vending machine was empty, however, that saved me some unnecessary calories. Haha.

I experienced a terrible visit when I arrived to the room hours after checking in I was located on the 3rd floor room 322 as I was walking along the hallway I noticed 4 doors slight opened with an old carpet smell. I entered the room to see that the bed was unmade two small size night stand dressers laying on top of the bed along with a table and lamp. I also seen dirty towels laying in the breeze way of the room. I was disgusted and embarrassed almost wanting every dollar I spent back.z

Noisy location No bedside reading lamps. Minimal other lighting Very small bathroom. Staff very unhelpful arranging reservation. In/out difficult due to popular fast food next door. People in line for fast food block only in/out driveway Good breakfast but no room to sit for it

The property was about as expected for the price. Average all around, with a feeling of obsolescence. Our room was not serviced once during our entire 4 night stay... no trash emptied, no towels replenished, beds not made. We had to go to the front desk every evening to request fresh towels. Also, the in-room HVAC units were pretty noisy. We finally turned ours off even though it meant being a bit on the cool side. The one highlight was that they have a decent included full breakfast.

This hotel was very outdated, old carpet, doors, just generally like a Motel 6 in the middle of no where. Since they are the ONLY hotel near the hospital, I think they should invest a little money and improve the rooms at minimum. The pillows were lumpy. The sheets were nice though, that's about the only nice thing. We had to have the refrigerator swapped out the second night because all my food froze. The service was ok but no human element to it. I told the guy I was there because I just found out I had cancer and he didn't even look up from his computer.

Worst Comfort Inn we have ever stayed at!
The bathroom was dirty. Probably the worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed in. TV was so little and the screen has been damaged so it made it hard to see the screen while watching TV. Place should have been nicer for the price. Not a bad location, just portly cared for.
