We've stayed at this property a number of times and always look forward to goinf back...but we are annoyed they've embraced the mentality of "ammenity fees" - also known as resort fees and generally considered by most people I know to be a money grab. There are NO AMMENITIES available to me that were not there originally. If I go to the spa, I pay. If I go to the restaurant, I pay. The concept is disappointing - always thought this place was a notch above...now just another follower. Just charge me the nightly rate you need to operate your business and don't insult me with this ridiculous surcharge. It's disrespectful and beneathe your beautiful property.

I also value your thoughts specific to the Hotels nightly amenity fee as we continue to review how to grow an already broad array of one of a kind offerings which we may not have articulated well enough during your visit.
This includes kayaks on Lake WA, 24 hour use of 2 fitness centers, beach cruisers, SUV transportation to Bellevue and Kirkland, our Late Night Raid the Pantry food & beverage offerings, all local and long distance calls, high speed internet access and more.
