Our stay was off to a rocky start with ants in one of the rooms and no running hot water however the staff was very attentive and came to handle every issue right away. We were eventually moved to another townhouse on the property and it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is good and with good amenities. It is closely located to all Disney parks and other places . Pool was great but restaurant food was ok not great Overall it was good experience and my family had a good time

The Property is in good condition, but I wouldn’t recommend to anybody to stay on it, since beginning for the General Manager ( Gokul Shanadi ) and the nights Manager ( Called Dessiré ) are two disgusting persons than don’t deserve to be in charge or work on any Customer Service position. I stayed for 4 nights and then extended for 3 more night, but when it becomes to arrive of the checking out, I was called 3 or 4 times to abandoned the room because the checkout time is by 10 am no mattered that I had extended for more nights, but What really impressed me was in two ocasionar I received the visit of the Security Manager in person ( twice )and to more security guards the same date I extended and the last day, and We feels like harassed, not mattering that the property was empty in about a 90-95% and that I registered the firts time when We arrived at 10:20 pm, it was totally uncomfortable and unnecessary. That’s first night was a nightmare because the air conditioner was damaged and They had to give Us another room because it was impossible to stay to sleep on the room, independently that We had unloaded and unpacked all of our luggage, but after all We stayed for this night at A clean and well air conditioned room. What Really makes me anger was that before We left from the hotel on last day before checkoutas We were in two cars and needed to go to Home Depot and then to the port to delivery a truck to Jacksonville and come back immediately ( about 6 hours trip in total )

Regal oaks is a fantastic property and we wish we had discovered it years ago as we have been going to orlando since 1996. This was our second stay here and from the moment you walk in it feels like home. It is very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay with the added bonus of the hot tub which is most welcome at the end of a long day at the theme parks. Publix supermarket is just along the 192 for all your grocery needs and there are ample restaurants along the 192 to satisfy any appetite. The pool area was lovely and as this was more of a relaxing holiday this time we spent more time than usual around it. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the organised pool games and she made friends on a daily basis with children from all over the world. I highly recommend Regal Oaks as a place to stay you wont be disappointed.

Unit smelled of BO, mold, and strong chemicals. Tiny bugs all over countertops, beds, kitchen table, etc. Front desk staff friendly.
