Clean friendly comfortable

Was there on tour with my dance company. Perfectly close to the Registry Theatre. Super helpful and nice staff. A well-kept comfortable place to stay.

Pros: Clean, with little extras in the room, and every thing you need to work away from the office, if necessary.
Cons: Larger sized bathroom..
The room was clean and the staff were pleasant. Layout of the hotel is a bit confusing as some parts of the hotel have 4 floors only and other parts have more stories.

Hotel handy for my event.

Pros: Easy to find, close to every where we wanted to go to.
Cons: Room starting to look dated, temperature of room was way too hot, could not adjust thermostat.
Location: Shopping & restaurants close by
Staff where excellent, very professional & friendly.

Downtown hotel, close to the main bus station.

This hotels was super, staff were very friendly and many take away shops in the area. However, the town is not really interesting. I couldn't find any proper supermarkets in the area and I had to walk 40 minutes without a car.

Modern Space, Poor Execution During LRT Const'n

While our hotel was beautifully redesigned (modern) and staff was friendly, we were not notified on booking that the street on which the hotel is located was blocked for ongoing LRT construction. Fortunately, we do not have accessibility issues, but those in need of additional assistance would certainly have been frustrated. Signage from the parking garage to the hotel was unclear. In addition, signage within the hotel (directing to alternative access points or the parking garage) were also unclear. In addition, the buffet breakfast ($16 a plate) was cold on our second day, as if the "hot french toast" had just been pulled out of the refrigerator, and the scrambled eggs had not been warmed in many hours. Very unfortunate.

Location: Walked everywhere
Very clean Everything we could ask for. Very close to down town and all of the amazing restaurants

Nice hotel right downtown

Only problem I had was existing the parking lot. Card didn't work.

It was a very quick stay. However, with the outside street construction, finding the entrance to the hotel was rather difficult. But once in, everything was lovely.
