Hair in the bath tub, 4 yr old found a used weed vape pen on the desk in our room, $20 movie rental kept freezing when trying to load, ordered food/wine delivery only to be told there wasnā€™t a single wine opener in hotel. Not impressed.

My family and I went for one night to celebrate the start of the March Break. The room was decent... The suite layout was a little cold but it wasn't terrible. The main bed (the king... For the adults) was quite comfortable. I liked the bedding. The pullout for the kids was pretty bad... Stained mattress and so lumpy that the little guy had a rough night. My motivation for coming here was the pool and hot tub. Too bad that although the hot tub was hot (not always the case in hotels these days), the mechanism would turn off randomly, so you were lucky if you got two minutes of jets at a time. The cleanliness of the room was a little lacking... Sweeping needed to be done in the corners. However, all in all, the family had fun, we relaxed, and I would come back.

Everything was great. Personally I would like to have a window to open for fresh air. I would like a restaurant. The breakfast hot buffet was very good and all the staff was very personal.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Its only like a 10 minute drive from stone road mall which is an added bonus if you like shopping! Only downside iā€™d say is they gave us a coffee maker and coffee in our room but no cups but thats not the end of the world lol
