Not up to expectation

Pros: The room was quiet and I was able to sleep well.
Cons: The air was not to my preference, dry and stale.
From the information presented on the website, I expected a better hotel. The room was smaller than expected. The windows were foggy from between the layers of glass, so there was very poor visibility. The internet speed was disappointing. Breakfast was at an additional fee, and so was fridge and microwave.

No towels available pool area :( Swipe card didn't

swipe key didn't work work pool door for gym, no towels by pool, 3 guest in my room and not enough towels etc for three people very cleam, amazing staff

Rooms smell like mould. Update bathrooms.

This hotel class rate should be 2.5 No better then a super 8. Open pool causes the main floor smell like chlorine.

Old hotel, nice staff, Rooms not vey clean.

This hotel is getting old, moisture smell in the rooms, not very clean. I found a long many hairs in the bathtub from the previous person. Dont take a room with an inside balcony, its very noisy at night and worst in the morning you can ear everything, like breakfast is in the lobby. For 1 night or 2 thats ok

Pros: location
Cons: breakfast could have been better, there was a football team taking there time at the buffet which left the other people waiting for a cold breakfast.
Location: really liked the location
our room was above the lobby very loud. heard every conversation and all the guest as they came in to check in

It was very hot in the hallways the staff said there was nothing they could do about it. Staff was polite, rooms were clean

Room was very dusty, and bed was well worn out! Ask to change rooms and the hotel staff immediately rejected.
