Having to pay $5 for breakfast when listed as Free

Pros: Location.
Cons: State what is included and what is not. For example our staff was charged $5 for breakfast when Expedia said it was included. NOT true.
Location: Okay
I use Expedia to send our staff all over the United States to send our staff to hotels. Expedia state the breakfast was included HOWEVER, our staff was charged $5 for each breakfast. Please make sure this is updated on Expedia. If it's not free please state that.

Going down hill

AC doesn't work in all rooms. Walls are thin. Needs a complete overhaul

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay! Our AC units are down for the winter so that we can give the heating units a much needed overhaul. Normally they are not down for the winter, but in order to fix the AC and the Heater we had to turn off the AC. We are currently going through a complete furniture and public spaces remodel. Hopefully it is more to your liking when you join us again!

Nice hotel on the beach

Pros: I like that the room was comfortable and cozy. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. I love the toiletries that they offer, ( Paya).
Cons: Nothing. The hotel offers breakfast daily. There is also live music in the bar if you want to partake
Location: Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centers and spa
Hotel is nice. We had a room with a balcony facing the water. The hotel is located close to shopping centers, both groceries and the mall. There is a host of restaurants to choose from, whether you want fast food or a nice restaurant to sit down at. This visit we visited Silver Springs Restaurant. The food was definitely worth every penny.😉 Also if you're into gaming the Clearwater casino isn't to far away.

Beautiful views

Everything was pretty perfect. Beautiful views from all over! The bar could use more tables to look out the windows to see the view.

Look elsewhere

I have to admit I was disappointed. Hotel is sandwiched between 2 noisy highways. It's showing signs of decay. The complimentary breakfast was supposed to be available until 10am, but at 9:40 it was all gone and not replaced. We won't be back.

I am sorry for your poor stay, However, I do not believe you stayed out our location. We do not have any highways on either side. We have a large parking lot in front, an empty lot on the side and full water view in the back. We also do not offer complimentary breakfast and would never cut the buffet off before closing. Thank you!

Paper Thin walls and floors

Pros: Restaurant staff & food was great!
Cons: A simple 'so sorry your stay with us was bad, it's normally not like the crummy situation you experienced, please try us again' gesture.
Location: Coffee & stores nearby plus Kitsap Pavilion
Good restaurant & staff. Room upon Check In had previous guest's towels still in bathroom; call to Front Desk quickly remedied. Later that night at 12:30a awoken by noisy party guys in room above us. Call again to Front Desk & Security quieted them but couldn't return to sleep for over an hour. Then upon next day Check Out was greeted with sympathy at Front Desk but nothing else, no enticement for 'sorry for the bad stay, here's a coupon to try us again.' So many hotels in the area & why choose a crummy one?

One time stay, not returning

Room has very awkward layout. Had to request dvd from front desk, after trying 2 of them 3rd one finally worked. Had to pay extra for breakfast that the food trays were never refilled. Biscuits and gravy without the gravy? Got there at 9am so there should of been ample food. All silverware and napkin trays were empty. There were 3 people wiping down tables but not much attention to the actual food. Only about a third full at that time. Won't be returning and suggest skip the "breakfast" and go somewhere else and enjoy a quality meal. Very, very disappointing experience!
